• The U.S. CDC (Centers For Disease Control) has a Facts Sheets on Specific Bioterrorism Agents.

• We can not find the current link but the publication "Guidelines for Evaluating Suspected Cases of Cutaneous Anthrax"(104 Kb PDF document), a Memorandum from Robert Stroube, M.D., M.P.H. Director, Office of Epidemiology, Virginia Department of Health, was pretty good.
