Hello Stephen,
As an end-user, I absolutely HATE it. I have found this system to be more difficult to use than any software, including instrumentation software, I have
ever used. It is not intuitive or user-friendly. Now, this may be due to the way my institution has it set up. But, for inventory, I cannot even upload Excel files. I am told that they blocked this from us because of too many errors with spaces before
or after field entries and such causing incorrect uploads. So, everything has to be typed EXACTLY the same to come up properly, even though it is supposedly CAS # driven. Also, we do not use the system for SDS and still use ChemGold as our SDS system. However,
I have cut it back even further for my department by adding them to my MSAccess custom inventory system.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Chemical Inventory Platform - On Site
Hello all,
Does anyone on the list use "Environmental Health and Safety Assistant" by On Site Systems, particularly with respect to chemical inventories and SDSs?
I would appreciate feedback on the features and functionality of the platform as well as any "lessons learned" or obstacles encountered through the implementation
process.
Thank you in advance,
Steve
