It’s 3 years for the Hazardous Waste Manifest and 5 years for the Land Ban Notifications. We keep them forever as electronic files and just have the current
required years available for inspectors in hard copy.

The retention time is likely set by your State as there is no federal requirement for retention.
I would suggest your organization save them forever.
