Exactly what I usually see and why I was blindsided by this. I've already purchased my Amtrak tickets to get me to the Conference site by about 11 am and I have
to leave at about 5 pm. And now they also suggest coming to the location of the presentations the day before to check on things. That ain't happn'
So I don't have a lot of options here.

I'd suggest tha the organizers make it possible for any speaker to bring a flash drive/data stick and go from there.
Every other meeting I ever went to, national, regional, or international provided this courtesy and an IT guy/gal to make it work. An iPhone file should be able to
be downloaded with a mini-USB cable and an adaptor. There's lots of IT folks out there more savvy that I am about this. File could be emailed to another computer?
