For now, the best approach is to wait and watch. Our MOCs are focused on the Court nominee, Healthcare, and the Russian connection. When they turn their attention to the budget, then phone calls to your Representative and both of your Senators will be valuable.
Please make it your mission to make those three phone calls.
Alternatively, Congress could defund the FAA, which would make air travel really exciting!

I understand that ACS has been interviewed by a variety of publications on the CSB budget issue. I haven't tracked down all of the articles, but the list I have seen includes Bloomberg, Forbes and Chemistry World.
