What are you specifically looking for? The oil and grease environmental parameter is a specific test used for meeting wastewater discharge permits. There are EPA and ASTM methods. If you are talking about when to report, i.e. for a spill - there is not a specific quantitative amount, it could be just a "sheen" on the water.

If you could clarify exactly what you are after - I may be able to point you in the right direction.
