Debbie,
We moved away from oil baths some time ago, and have a couple of products that we use:
http://www.asynt.com/product-category/drysyn-range/
I can’t seem to find much information on the IKA System we use, where we have various solid-state flask inserts.
The IKA seems to be our preferred choice, and we have had some incidents where RBFs have cracked when left in the inserts after heating was shut-off. Happy to discuss.
Gareth
Good morning:
I need to offer some options to replace oil (silicone or mineral) with a different material for heating baths. I’m also looking at heating block options and have a number of suppliers to review – cost may be an issue here.
Ideas? The Google has failed me this morning.
