Abstract:
This webinar will explain some of the most effective ways to find chemical information in Wikipedia. Chemical substance information will be described, including use of the Chembox, Drugbox and supplementary data pages. Other chemistry topics will then be covered, such as chemical reactions, biographies and chemical concepts. The session will then show how articles are written, maintained and assessed by the community, showing how vandalism is caught and how data are validated.
