Keane,
We ask that our cyanides be kept under lock and key within any
lab.
Even within the stockroom, they are kept within a separate locked room within the locked stockroom.
The profs can put a lock on one cabinet or drawer.
We also ask the same of formaldehyde.

We are re-evaluating our current process for managing cyanides in our Chemistry department and I was wondering if any members of the list have instituted department level management practices that are working and that they would not mind sharing.
Thanks
Keane
