We just have no choice often. For example, I inspected a movie location last week in a huge studio builiding that was at 45 o F and below throughout all day and night. No chance to change it because they are filming a Jim Carey movie about a guy who has a flock of penguins in the City. The ASPCA and the animal handlers won't let the producers work them warmer than that. Monona
