The problem with assembling a team to clean-up is by the time the team
is assembled, the gear has been retrieved from storage and checked for
proper operation and everyone is suited up the solvent has evaporated.
Then the area needs to be aired out. The last time I used an absorbant
to clean a solvent spill (~100ml) the heat of adsorption was so great it
blistered the lab top. I through the adsorbent away.

Pat,

They are in the Pittsburgh PA, not eastern PA, but if you don't find
anyone
closer you might try Tetra Tech NUS. They used to give a phenomenal
Hazwoper
course.

Sorry I couldn't reply directly to you Pat, but there was no email
address
in your byline.
