Subject: Art Building Safety

Hi,

We are in the process of designing a new Fine Arts Building which
will house: Theatre, Ceramics, Photography, Painting/Drawing, and
Culinary Arts. I have been working on safety designs such as having
a sloping brushed concrete floor in the ceramics lab with a drain
(and mud trap) for ease of cleaning along with an anti-slip surface.

I welcome any suggestions on incorporating safety (and housekeeping)
features into the building including ventilation and electrical
requirements, storage, etc.

I appreciate your help… it's definitely more economical to do it
right in the first place rather than revisit as an after thought!

My direct email is ldamon**At_Symbol_Here**fvcc.edu if you prefer.

Thanks,
Laura Damon
