Subject: New chemical waste information web site

Good Afternoon!

You may have seen this on another elist but this seems like the right
place to post.

A new chemical waste information site oriented toward higher education
laboratories is open at http://www.fpm.wisc.edu/chemwasteinfo . The information
on the site ranges from the very practical, such as how to manage RCRA
generator status (small is beautiful), to discussion of issues that I
hope the EPA will consider, and ask for comments about, in future
rulemakings.

The site shares the products of a cooperative agreement between the EPA
and the University of Wisconsin. The site is also indexed on
www.labscentral.info , a site with links
to many helpful resources concerning environmental stewardship and
regulatory compliance for laboratories.

I am solely responsible for the contents of
www.fpm.wisc.edu/chemwasteinfo . Positions expressed may differ from
those of the University of Wisconsin, Environmental Protection Agency or
other federal or state agencies (see complete disclaimer on the site).
Comments, criticisms, additions and questions are welcome.

Happy reading!

Dave
