There was an incident where a person at home ended up in the local
emergency room after mixing up some "washing soda" to relieve his
indigestion rather than "baking soda".   Both boxes had the familiar Arm &
Hammer logo and the person didn't understand the difference between sodium
carbonate and sodium bicarbonate.
